Maia Maghlakelidze-Khomeriki has been serving as the Deputy General Director / Director of Business Processes since . Prior to that, from , she held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Geo Hospitals LLC, including in the capacity of Deputy General Director.
From , Maia worked at the Social Service Agency in the Department of Universal Health Care Management, holding various positions. From , she served as the Head of the same department. Prior to 2013, she held several positions at the Insurance Company Alpha.
Maia began her professional career at the Clinical Hospital for War Veterans as a Resident Physician and over the years served as the Head of several departments.
Maia Maghlakelidze-Khomeriki graduated from the Georgian State Medical University with a degree in General Medicine, holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Public Health at Ilia State University.
She has also participated in numerous international projects and training programs in the healthcare sector.
